What is included in your recruiting services?

First, we sketch out a solid recruiting roadmap tailored to your company's specific hiring needs.  We handle the full recruiting cycle from writing a compelling job posting and reviewing resumes, to scheduling and conducting preliminary phone interviews and in-depth Zoom interviews with qualified job candidates.  Upon request, we also conduct criminal background checks after an offer is extended.

Do you check professional references?

Yes!  We conduct 2 professional references and forward you our findings via email.

Do you extend the offer and negotiate salary requirements, if needed?

Absolutely!  We are your recruiting expert every step of the way.

Do you offer a replacement guarantee or refund?

Most definitely.  We offer a 30-day replacement guarantee OR a full refund of your paid recruitment search fee, should your new hire not work out within the first 30 days of employment.  Our Engagement Agreement outlines the details clearly.
